We collect the information needed to operate the service, including your email address, account identifiers, business profile information you submit, generated marketing content, subscription status, and basic service-use records.

Payments

Payment checkout and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. ShyPilot AI stores identifiers and subscription status needed to provide access, but payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in our application database.

AI processing

Business information you submit may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate requested marketing content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for creating your marketing materials.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and store marketing kits, administer subscriptions, provide customer service, secure and improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI processing. We do not sell customer conversation or business-profile data to advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain account and service data as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your business profile and manage your paid subscription through the online service. Requests concerning account data can be handled through the online support channel made available by the service.
